Halle Berry Fires Lawyer as Child Custody Battle with Ex-Boyfriend Heats Up

Halle Berry has fired longtime lawyer Neal Hersh as her child custody battle with ex-boyfriend Gabriel Aubry heats up. Hersh has represented Berrry in two divorces and other legal skirmishes.

Berry has retained legal pit-bull Stephen Kolodny, who represented Mel Gibson in his child custody battle with Oksana Grigorieva.

Halle reportedly wants to move to France with her daughter Nahla because she is concerned about the paparazzi and her safety.
