Paula Patton Files for Divorce from Robin Thicke

Paula Patton has filed for divorce from Robin Thicke.

Patton filed for divorce in Los Angeles County Superior Court. The couple married in 2005 and have a 4 year old son together: Julian.

The couple separated in February according to court documents filed by Patton. Patton is seeking joint legal and physical custody of Julian.

Ludacris Fights for Custody of Baby Daughter

Ludacris is fighting for custody of his baby girl in an Atlanta court.

The rapper and Tamika Fuller are the parents of a 2 month old daughter. Ludacris is seeking full physical custody of the child and says that he is a “fit and capable parent.” He argues that he has been an “active father” to his 12 year old daughter from another relationship.

Ludacris has already been ordered to pay Fuller $7,000 per month in child support. The rap star claimed that he suffered a financial setback as a result of Paul Walker’s death, which allegedly derailed “Fast & Furious 7.”

Usher’s Ex-Wife Seeks Custody of Kids After Swimming Pool Incident

The ex-wife of Usher is seeking full custody of their two children after one of their sons almost drowned in the hip-hop artist’s swimming pool.

Tameka Foster filed documents in Fulton County, Georgia, for an emergency hearing to get full custody of both children. Usher currently has primary custody and Foster has limited custody rights.

The parties’ 5 year old son (Usher Raymond V) nearly drowned on August 5th when he tried to retrieve a toy in the pool and his arm got stuck in an underwater drain while Usher’s aunt was looking after their children. Foster has accused the aunt of other acts of negligence in the past.

Billy Ray Cyrus to Divorce

The wife of Billy Ray Cyrus has filed for divorce.

Tish Cyrus filed for divorce in Los Angeles County Superior Court on Thursday. The couple has been married for 19 years. They have 5 children, but only one of them (Noah, age 13) is still a minor. Tish Cyrus is seeking sole legal and physical custody of Noah with visitation to Billy Ray.

Billy Ray Cyrus filed for divorce 3 years ago but dismissed the case as the couple tried to work things out and reconcile.

Former “Good Day L.A.” Host Announces Plans to Divorce

TV hostess Jillian Barberie Reynolds announced last week that she and actor Grant Reynolds are getting divorced.

“It is with great regret that my marriage to Grant is ending after more than six years,” Barberie Reynolds said in a statement. The couple was married in 2006 and has two children: Ruby (5) and Rocco (3).

Barberie Reynolds was previously married to baseball player Bret Barberie. They divorced in 2002. Barberie Reynolds was the co-host of “Good Day L.A.” and has served as a weather reporter on “Fox NFL Sunday.” She also has a recurring role on the sitcom, “Good Morning, Miami.”

Deion Sanders Wins Child Custody Battle Against Estranged Wife

Former NFL star Deion Sanders has won his child custody battle against his estranged wife.

Deion and Pilar Sanders each sought full custody of their children. A Texas court awarded Sanders sole legal and physical custody of the couple’s 13 and 11 year old sons. The former couple will share joint custody of their 9 year old daughter.

The parties are still fighting over finances in their divorce. Sanders announced on Facebook in December 2011 that the couple was getting a divorce after 12 years of marriage.

Dwight Gooden’s Wife Obtains Restraining Order Against Him

The estranged wife of former MLB pitcher Dwight Gooden has obtained a temporary restraining order against him.

Monique Gooden called the police in Bergen County, New Jersey on March 1st and claimed that Gooden threatened her and told her, “All bets are off and I will hurt you and your family. You’ll see, just wait.”

The police contacted a family court judge who granted a temporary restraining order after speaking to Monique on the phone. Gooden was ordered to gather his belongings and move out of the couple’s home. Gooden complied with the order.

The order also suspended Gooden’s visitation rights with the couple’s two children until March 11th when the court will decide whether to issue a permanent restraining order.

Monique filed for divorce in November 2012 after three years of marriage. Gooden was arrested in 2005 for allegedly hitting Monique after she threw a phone at him.

The baseball star also pled guilty to child endangerment in 2011 after he got into a car accident with his son in the back seat. The prosecutor in that case said that Gooden was under the influence of cocaine and his son was not wearing a seat belt.

“MADtv” Star’s Wife Files for Divorce

The wife of “MADtv” star Aries Spears has filed for divorce.

Elisa Larregui filed for divorce from Spears in Los Angeles County Superior Court. The couple has been married for 2 years and has a 3-year old son.

Larregui is seeking sole legal and physical custody of the child and wants supervised visitation for Spears.
